Freeze Dryer

Freeze drying means that under vacuum condition, transform the ice of the frozen product into steam and remove the sublimated water via condenser during sublimation. This drying method can maintain the shape, color, taste and nutrition of the product. The freeze dryer is suitable for fruit, vegetable, meet and seafood freezing. It can also be used for drying of syrup and some other health care products.
