Processing flow
Starch → size mixing → the first time liquefaction → high temperature enzyme inactivating → the second time liquefaction → enzyme inactivating and decoloration → filtering → ion exchanging → concentration → spray drying → product

Inlet air temperature: self-controlled 190-195℃
Outlet air temperature: self-controlled 81-85℃
Primary model selection: LPG-300 spray dryer group
Air filtering system: high efficiency low, medium and high temperature air filter with high efficiency differential pressure display
Heating system: steam heating+electric heating compensation (full electric heating when there is no steam heating)
Medium circulation system: forced draft fan and induced draft fan open circulation
Material feeding system: adjustable automatic material feeding carried out by screw pump
Dust collection system: cyclone separation+bag dust cleaning
Product capturing and collection system: cold air material dehumidification, cooling and collection
Tower wall temperature adjusting mode: tower wall jacket air cooling
Control system: human-computer interface+PLC process control
