Fluid Bed Dryer

Fluid bed dryer is a kind of drying method taking use of fluidization technique. It is also called fluidized drying. It can realize heat and water transferring between material and gas. The hot air can be discharged from the outlet of the separator after passing through the fluid bed. The drying finished product will overflow the discharge hole. This drying method is suitable for drying of tiny particles.

And it will continuously move along the horizontal direction under the action of the vibration force.
